This Cutting Skills Packet was created to support distance learning through engagement with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden’s Home Safari Program. It includes 11 cutting worksheets that incorporate information about rhinos, such as what they eat and like to do. They also include varying levels of visual supports, depending on your student’s needs, and address the skills of cutting big, medium, and small squares, as well as cutting 90-degree angles/corners outside the context of a square.

TIP: Print onto cardstock, OR simply staple the pages to pieces of cardstock or construction paper. The thicker paper will provide your child more support and will improve their success.
