PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service. Currently accepted forms of payment include Venmo (@Ashlee-Schmitt), Paypal (colorfullyenthused@gmail.com), check (Ashlee Schmitt), and cash. I also accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). In addition, I’m happy to provide a Superbill at the end of each session that you can submit to your health insurance to seek reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. I understand that life gets busy. Appointments can absolutely be rescheduled in advance, without a problem. However, when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the The ColorfullyEnthused* Therapy Studio calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Therefore, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. Cancellations that occur within 24-hours of our appointment will result in a $20 fine.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I know things happen—traffic, last minute phone calls, things at work/home, etc. However, I have reserved this time for your child, and only your child. I have other children scheduled after your time. A late arrival will require that I end our scheduled session at the scheduled time, meaning your child’s session will subsequently be shorter than initially intended.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show is when an appointment is missed without cancelling. Not showing to an appointment will result in a $45 fine.
